We are looking for a QA Engineer – Business Analyst Hybrid who combines strong quality assurance expertise with business-level understanding. This role goes beyond traditional QA: you will validate not only the functionality of the product but also ensure that it aligns with business objectives and delivers real value to users.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality releases.
- Understand business workflows, requirements, and objectives to validate product outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align QA with business goals.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Conduct load, performance, and security testing to ensure system reliability.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity across databases.
- Document test strategies, results, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Continuously improve QA processes and adopt new testing practices.
- Take ownership of challenges and proactively explore solutions with a business-first mindset.
Job requirements
- 2 – 4 years of QA experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter.
- Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Good understanding of SQL and ability to write queries for testing.
- Exposure to performance/load testing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with mobile application testing on iOS and Android.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and advanced communication skills.
- Business acumen – eagerness to understand domain, workflows, and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to continuously learn.
